Each product comes from a manufacturer, and we have a separate warranty claim form for each manufacturer. Log in to your account and request a warranty for each specific product and follow the instructions.

For smooth warranty processing, we partly depend on your information and the speed of processing of the manufacturer itself. Normally it usually takes 3 weeks after receiving the goods from us or the manufacturer until a decision or processing takes place.

Yes, you can return all products that were not specially ordered for you within 14 days of receipt. Products must not have been used and must be in the original packaging or properly packaged with new packaging.

Take your time to decide whether you want to keep your order or not. After receiving your order, you have the option to return your product(s) within 30 days. You return your package via PostNL with a free return label or for large and heavy packages you can use our free collection service. After we have received your product(s) back, you will receive the purchase amount refunded to your account number within 5 working days.

As long as the order has not yet been shipped, we can still change or cancel the order. Once your package has been shipped out here, unfortunately we cannot make any changes to your order.
